Installation
Retrofit vs. New Construction
New construction & renovation: We work with your architect and builder to plan wiring runs during the framing stage. Hardwired motors deliver the cleanest installation — no visible battery packs, no recharging. We coordinate with your electrician to ensure power is available at every window location.
Existing homes (retrofit): Rechargeable battery packs make motorization possible in any home without running new wiring. Battery packs are discreetly mounted behind the headrail and last 6–12 months between charges. A solar charging panel option is also available for sun-exposed windows.
