1. Orders & Deposits

All custom window treatment orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. All orders are custom-made and non-refundable once production has begun.

2. Measurements & Installation

Hampton Shade Company provides professional measuring services. We guarantee accurate measurements when taken by our team. Installation is performed by our trained professionals and is included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.

3. Lead Times

Production lead times vary by product type and are communicated at the time of order. Typical lead times range from 3–8 weeks. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Hampton Shade Company warrants our installation workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in installation only and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from external factors.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. Custom-fabricated products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Liability

Hampton Shade Company's liability is limited to the cost of the products and services purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Software & Admin Integrations

We may use internal software tools that integrate with third-party platforms, including accounting and payment systems, to manage quotes, invoices, and business operations. These integrations are used solely by our staff and are not customer-facing features. Availability of these internal tools does not create any customer rights to access or rely on third-party platform functionality. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data discrepancies originating from third-party systems.
